Meet The Team

For the past ten years I have dedicated my career to health and social care. During that time, I have worked across frontline care roles and, for the last three years, as a care home manager. Those experiences have given me a clear, practical understanding of what excellent care looks like, how it is delivered, and what it takes to support people to live with dignity, independence, and the best possible quality of life.

After a decade in the sector and three years leading a care setting, I am now taking the next step: working at Elite Care Solutions was a choice made due to the company being built on the standards I have come to champion. I believe that to work in health and social care you should prioritize continuity of care, proactive care planning, and strong partnerships with families, healthcare providers, and community organisations to deliver coordinated support that enhances quality of life.

My passion for health and social care is rooted in simple but powerful principles: respect, choice, and results. I have seen how meaningful, person-centred care can transform day-to- day life for people who need support — not only by meeting clinical needs, but by enabling social connection and an environment where people feel heard and valued. As a Manager I have been responsible for operational leadership, regulatory compliance, staff recruitment and development, and continuous improvement initiatives which I hope to bring to my new role here at Elite Care Solutions Ltd.

“I am a caring and compassionate person with over 30 years’ experience in the Social Care Sector. The majority of my experience in in managing residential and nursing homes for adults. I have a sound knowledge of legislation and people’s expectations for social care.

I believe that anyone using a health or social care service has the right to be safe and cared for in a manner which is suitable and effective for them; that they are kept at the centre of any care they receive and that this care should be of the highest quality.

I believe passionately in protecting and enhancing the lives and choices of those individuals who are in need of social care and the CQC’s journey to stamp out poor/bad practice for the benefit of society”. 

I am a Qualified Social Worker and registered with Social Work England. I have many years management experience along with qualifications also in training. I have over 25 years experience working in this field. This also includes experience in Children’s Services, Probation Service and Adult Services alike. I have also worked as a consultant within the private sector. I am the Chair of the Cross Sector Provider Partnership in North Lincolnshire and also a partner in the Learning Disability Partnership, Children Partnership, Carers Partnership and the Adult Partnership amongst others.

I made the decision to embark on a challenge to set up this service alone inspired by my family background. It was a long journey to get to this point with lots of hard work. I enjoy learning new skills and ensure as a service employ the best support staff who can deliver a quality service that makes a difference to peoples lives.
