Which Careberry app do I need?

Careberry Family is the only app you need.

How do I download the app?

For Apple iPhone, you need an Apple Account to access the App Store and download the app.

For Android devices (e..g Samsung, Google Pixel etc), you can download the app from the Google Play Store.

Is the app free?

Yes.

How do I register? 

Once a client is on our system and registered for services to commence, we send a secure password for them to access the persons account however they must have LPA or 3rd party permission or be the person themselves – in line with GDPR

Can I still contact you via email or phone?

Yes.

Our usual contacts methods will never change. You can even contact us via WhatsApp or text messages, too
